How long does delivery take?

Please note many of our products are manufactured from scratch INTERNATIONALLY to give it true authenticity and can take up to 6 to 8 weeks to arrive due to HIGH DEMAND and POPULARITY especially during any holiday madness!! Please be patient. We are a small team and work 18 hours a day to try and fulfill thousands of orders around the clock so the best we can do is apologize for any delays but rest assured your order WILL arrive.

However, once it is given to the 3rd party shipping company, it is out of our hands as far as the arrival time is concerned since we do not control the freight company's processing and shipping times.

Also, we have several manufacturing facilities and fulfillment centers around the world so if you ordered different items, they will most likely arrive at different times.

Please note that, once you have your tracking # and if no tracking information comes up, the 3rd party freight company is probably still updating its system so please check back after few days.

Please note that if your package gets stuck at customs, delivery may take longer. Sorry, but this is out of our control.

Can I cancel my order?

We may be able to cancel your orders within 24 hours of placing it. However, we cannot alter or cancel your order once it has been placed and it is past 24 hours. This is because we use a 3rd party fulfillment center and send them the order so they can pick, pack and ship your product as soon as you place your order.  Therefore, please check your order carefully before purchasing.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you contact us immediately, then we might be able to do this for you.  Because we endeavor to ship items out as quickly as possible, so your window for contacting us to change your shipping address is very limited.  Please be sure to enter your shipping address carefully.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change your order for you.  We use the very popular Shopify shopping cart and unfortunately this system does not permit us to edit your order.  If your order has not yet been sent to our shipping department, we may be able to cancel it for you.  Therefore, please check your order carefully before purchasing.

My item is damaged. What should I do?

Take a photo and send it to us along with your order details to support@vikingfury.net We will either send a replacement at no cost or refund your money. If you cannot send us a photo, it is difficult for us to refund your or send a replacement because there is no proof and now of us knowing and there have been many false claims.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?
